☽ STORY ☾

Clementius, known to his close companions as Clement or Clem, is a Normal Leobuck living on the Outskirts of the Sky Cities. He was born in Gen 5, being one of the very first bucks of that generation. Like the other Leobucks, he was born in a lab and grew up in the LDC, being put into physical training to become a guard. He started training when he was 5 years old, along with learning basic math and language.  He learned how to fight and defend himself and how to protect others. He learned how to use weapons like guns, knives, and various other kinds of weapons used to kill. He trained until he was 21 but during those years the LDC had him train his vocal cords to scare off prey and potential enemies, but with so much training came strain on his vocal cords and as a result, he can no longer speak in full sentences, the most being one to five words long. As a result of this, he learned and uses sign language to communicate with others.

Once his training was complete, Clementius was bought by a private buyer and was given a bell, but he turned rogue and escaped the facility when he was 22. The LDC saw this as a causality, seeing that he was the best of the best in the class he was in. They hunted him down, sending both Leobucks who haven't turned rogue and humans with protective gear from the plant life. But with the rigorous training he endured, he was faster and stronger. He muted his bell with tree sap so it would ring. He sharpened his hooves heavily so that they could knock a person's head clean off their shoulders. He continued training his physical body so he could run faster and jump farther. He encountered many other 'bucks and humans but dealt with them easily and ran and hid far away.

Clementius soon came across an abandoned city in the Outskirts, overrun with Ttatkor plant life and crumbling buildings. He decided to settle down in this abandoned city, being big enough to have plenty of hiding spaces and an ocean for easy hunting and gathering. If Hunter or other 'bucks patrol around, he covers his scent and sets up multiple "traps" to make noise and confuse them and soon sends them off. In his free time, he hunts and fishes for food, trains to become stronger, and crafts things like weapons, clothing, and decor. After a few years of being safe from the LDC and leading their patrols the other way, he had run into Kii, an Aquatic Gem who had run away from his owner. Clementius decided to help him and had given him a room in the abandoned city he lives in. They soon fell in love and now spend lots of time together.
